Mikael Svensson

Professor of Applied Health Economics

I am a professor of applied health economics at the School of Public Health and Community Medicine at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. I am also a health economist at Health Technology Assessment Center at the Sahlgrenska University Hospital.

My research and teaching interests include economic evaluation in health care, policy/program evaluation, and health services research methods.​
